Original uncertainty examples | Now that men with DMD are living longer, are we seeing problems relating to pain years after scoliosis surgery, postural adaptation through metal fatigue over time, or further surgical intervention? ~ How likely are the screws and rods likely to shift post-surgery? I.e. what sort of impact is safe? ~ why is there such a high failure rate with magnetic rods, there needs to be a better option for growing children. |
