Explanatory note | General public can pressurise the doctors to prescribe antibiotics even when they are not indicated. Educating them on the danger of inappropriate antibiotic prescribing may result in decrease in the inappropriate use of antibiotics. However, there is uncertainty on how best to achieve this. |
