Original uncertainty examples | Who defines what support is? how can this be looked at more creatively so it isn't about commissioned services? ~ Could have taken care with writing a correct care plan rather than just pasting and copying the last one causing contradictions that i have just had to bring to his attention ~ How many LAs are flexible in their approaches to care planning? |
