In long term 12 step abstinence-based recovery myself, I take great pride in my role as Operations manager at The Basement Recovery Project. 

The Basement Recovery Project is a stand-alone established lived experience recovery organisation of 16 years and has extensive experience of supporting the development of recovery communities, building recovery orientated systems of care, working alongside the UK Government's Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, large providers and local authorities. Using our extensive lived experience of addiction in all its forms and recovery in all its forms, we continue to champion the recovery agenda across a variety of platforms.
