Notes:

In the initial survey, the remaining 17 respondents were from an organisation representing preterm infants and their families (11), or other/not answered (6).

In the interim prioritisation survey, of the total 459 respondents, 4 were excluded as they were from researchers. The remaining 8 respondents were people from organisations representing preterm infants and their families.
