Rhian Hills
Dr Rhian Hills has worked in substance misuse since 1997 and has had a variety of roles within the community and prison setting including frontline work, managing services, commissioning services and for the last 18 years has been a Senior Policy Manager in Substance Misuse in Welsh Government.
Rhian’s interests lie in harm reduction and was instrumental in implementing a national take home naloxone scheme in Wales.
Rhian is also a Visiting Professor at the University of South Wales, has an interest in research and has co published numerous articles.
