Steering group members

I am Engagement and Involvement Lead for the NI Public Health Agency (PHA) Regional Drug and Alcohol team.  We lead on PHA planning and actions to prevent and reduce the harms associated with substance use across early intervention and prevention, harm reduction and treatment and recovery, including responsibilities within the Northern Ireland Substance Use Strategy, to achieve Corporate and Ministerial priorities and outcomes.  My role is ensure the views and experiences of people with lived and living experience of substance use drive our work and involve them in ways to give their views and experiences equal weight to guidance and research evidence.
